If you are a Landlord:

A tenant called at 2 PM to say that the refrigerator died. Instead of calling the landlord in Australia (where the time was 4 AM), I determined whether it could be repaired or whether we needed a new one. I researched new products and sent to the landlord, purchased his selection, ordered it and showed up for installation and haul away.
