I provide Home Watch for a couple that spends September through May overseas. They are great about performing regular and preventative maintenance, and even though I check the house every week, these things show that anything can happen at any time.
I got a call from the alarm company for a broken glass signal. Instead of them getting a call in Dubai, I was able to get to the home and realize that it was a bird strike.
