14 Years!

After 14 years, there will be new owners of the business!

In June of 2012, I launched Somerset Hills Property Management. I knew the work would be hard and hoped it would be rewarding. I was right on both counts. Helping clients with rentals and homes while they’re away, dealing with storms, leaks, and COVID presented challenges. As another year has ticked by, I’ve learned even more and know that we are bringing peace of mind to homeowners and landlords.

The project work – readying a home for sale or rent – has been extremely rewarding. Yes, these are not repeat customers, but it feels great to help people move on to the next phase of their life.

Every time that I think I’ve seen it all, I find something new. I love continuing to learn and the work has fostered wonderful partnerships and friendships!

And now, new owners who have the same customer focus will take over. Introductions to current customers are taking place this month for a seamless transition. I’m excited to see where they take the business!
